Terms of Use
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rivadar. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
Rivadar creates product and competitor comparison reports from submitted URLs and publicly available information. Reports are provided for general research and planning purposes. They are not professional, legal, financial, investment, or business advice.
License
Rivadar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may use reports generated for your account for your own lawful research, planning, and business purposes.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the URLs and other material you submit. Do not submit unlawful content, private information you are not permitted to share, or material that infringes another person's rights. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or non-public parts of the service.
- Disrupt the service, bypass usage or security controls, introduce malicious code, or abuse APIs or other interfaces.
- Use scraping, probing, reverse engineering, or automated requests in a way that violates applicable law, infringes rights, or places an unreasonable load on Rivadar or third-party services.
Reports and AI-Generated Content
Reports are generated using automated systems and AI models. AI-generated content may contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important product, commercial, legal, financial, or other decisions. You are responsible for independently verifying report content.
Reports also rely on publicly available information from third-party sources. Rivadar does not control those sources and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, completeness, or continued accessibility.
Purchases and Refunds
Paid report purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and payment-related terms presented at checkout apply to that transaction. A payment does not guarantee a particular report outcome or amount of public evidence.
Because reports are generally generated immediately after purchase, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Rivadar determines that a refund is appropriate. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be sent to the contact address below. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you.
Intellectual Property
The Rivadar service, website, branding, underlying software, and related content are owned by Rivadar or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Public-source materials and content you submit remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account or access to the service when a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates a security or legal risk, or when suspension is reasonably necessary to protect Rivadar or others.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rivadar does not guarantee that reports are complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rivadar's place of operation, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections available where you reside are not affected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date shown above. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
