Rivadar provides product and competitor comparison reports. This policy explains how Rivadar handles information when you use the service.

Information We Collect

We process account and profile information, including your email address and display name. We also process product URLs you submit, the reports and feedback generated for your account, and payment status and order identifiers needed to provide purchased reports.

Reports are generated using information obtained from publicly available sources, such as product websites, documentation, pricing pages, app stores, reviews, and search results.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to submit personal data unless it is necessary to use the service.

How We Use Information

AI Processing

To generate reports, Rivadar may submit product-related content and publicly available information to AI service providers. We do not intentionally submit your payment information or unnecessary personal information for analysis.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Rivadar. Payment card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by Rivadar.
